I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Both of these treatment modalities are known to help individuals who have experienced a traumatic event or who are currently struggling with anxiety and depression.

Dogs. Although I have cats and dogs in my house, I prefer dogs. They welcome you at the door, are always happy to see you, and enjoy a good long walk.
